In theory it's possible... as far as the how-to specifically do it, I
couldn't help there... You probably would be better off using the built-in
functionality for it (since the default customer web interface already has
that functionality). If you don't want to use it, I would at least use the
same HTTP calls from your system that it makes... that way you have an
existing wrapper you are using and not mucking with the guts of the database
directly (which would be totally unsupported on our end).
