Made changes to PTR and MX record. The PTR record fixed the "domain did not resolve" problem, but the MX change prevented me from getting mail from the EIMS mailing list. When I checked with the list I got this reply: Mail to you is bouncing because you don't have any valid MX records. The only MX record for your domain points to the domain name "210.196.194.234", the domain name "210.196.194.234" does not exist. I think I fixed that because now I am getting mail from the list again. I guess that was all the problems, but one question. The users in the office seem to think that the internet connection is faster now. Would incorrect DNS setting slow things down that noticeably?
