Search Again: Re: Offer code From: William Chase Date: Wednesday, September 17, 2003 Time: 5:49:32 am I cannot get this to work.. I created an offer code 'wdstk' worth 2 months time credit. The check box is not checked. I have auto-prorate to day '1' of the month and months to add to prorated invoice '0'. I tried to get this to work a couple of ways: 1) Created customer and added billing cycle item worth 1 month time credit. Chose to generate invoice at time of customer creation and got an invoice worth 2 months for the offer code and 14 days for the billing cycle item. 2) Created customer and added billing cycle item. Did not invoice customer at time of creation. Approved customer and then ran Generate Invoices for that customer. I ended up with the same invoice as my first try.
