Well... I just did it and it seems to work.
If it's not allowing it because of the hold (like 90 days or whatever),
it will say that... "Login on hold for 90 more days".
If it simply says "Login in use." Then someone that is a current
customer is using it. If it says "Login in use by so-and-so's email.",
then someone has an email that is using that login.
