We spent a bit of time populating ours when it was first added to Optigold,
then, unbeknownst to us, we lost all the data...it must've been a few
months before we noticed it was gone, because all of our system backups for
the previous few months did not have it in there. We've been thinking of
coming up with a comprehensive layout for most tech issues and integrating
as many web links as possible for troubleshooting. I'll let you know when
we get it setup, but it will most likely be in a few months.
By the way...Shawn, I have a request. How about adding an image field
(similar to the employee pictures or the asset images) for the contact
manager section? I was thinking of getting a card scanner, and uploading
images of the contact's business card, so this field would be perfect. I
guess if people wanted to put pictures it would work too, but I was
thinking of it more for business card images.
