Not understanding reports. From: Aaron Lynch Date: Monday, September 22, 2003
Time: 7:02:16 amHi Shawn,
As I mentioned before, the income projection report seems off, it reports
projected incomes of 5-6k/month, and our bank statements say we're
depositing around 10.
We aren't really growing, and it's consistently 4k off, month after month so
I still haven't come to grips with that discrepancy.
Now I have a new problem though; in the billing cycle products report,
Selecting ALL as the date range, it says I have 96 total 'dialup-NET1-12M'
(annual dialup accounts) totaling 1,295.04
If I select the last 12 months as the date range then it says there are 24
totaling 323.76
However, if I go to a customer's billing screen, and search on
dialup-NET1-12M and then go to list view, there are 9 customers being billed
for a total of 1457.10
What's the deal there?
How can I find out how much money we make on a given product? The product
sales report, which seems like the place to do it, only shows Dollar
amounts, not the product.
