Email Manager Question/Difficulty

We've got a couple oddities with the email manager that we're trying to
figure out.....we recently added one of our main support emails to the
manager and now have 6 people in on a regular basis. Frequently,
people get errors that say that their locked out, can't scroll or even
simply delete a spam email because of another user.....but then even if
the other user in question isn't even doing anything (is just in the
manager), it clears itself and the person can proceed (sometimes it
doesn't)....Is the email manager part no quite meant for multiple
people to be accessing? (all except 1 using FMPro 5 and accessing OG
through FM Server). Also, is there any web interface for the email
manager? Is it possible to add a check box (bulk delete) in addition
to the trash can to delete emails (because we get 75-150 emails a day
not counting the 50-100 spams that we have to multi-click to delete)?
