It was previously sticking people on the last record in the system (there is
no reason to be on a specific record). So I changed it to go to a random
record when they enter the email manager for 3.3.1...

No.

No, the only way to delete in bulk is with the Search, then the delete all
option. I guess you could set the Classification to "Spam" then just search
for all the spams, then delete all.
