i.e. Running an SMTP server for my customers
Will Optigold automatically setup those accounts and manage the space usage?
Or will I need third party integration software?

The closest thing to a "cookie cutter" setup would be to leave everything as
is after installation. (preferences-wise) Setup your products and
employees and you mostly are ready to go.
