Authorize Net not getting our transactions

For some strange reason, we are not able to send transactions to Authorize
Net. We are getting type 3 errors when trying to charge a card. And when
checking the Authorize.Net website, we see no evidence that they recieved
the transaction to reject it. Any ideas.
