A bit of advise- if you are not a unix hound believe me, this
installation is not worth the trouble for the results gained (from
somebody who learned the hard way).

Don't panic, relax, breath deeply, and wait for the M&M installer.

If you are not a Unix hound but *are* a masochist and decide to go
ahead with this, don't forget to install the developers toolkit on all
your OSX dns servers or the instructions below won't work.
