I had some problems with receipts getting sent to the correct email
address.
I just thought it would be helpful to include it in the receipt for a
quick reference.
It's easier to see the email address listed on the receipt than to
search through the headers for it.
PLEASE NOTE: If your account was paid using a credit card, the charge
will show as INTERACTIVE ONLINE on your statement.
