Re: Secondary usage invoiceFrom: Peter Chow Date: Tuesday, May 4, 1999
Time: 9:31:57 pmHi,
Yes, I set the number correct. When I generate the combined invoice,
either the primary usage or the secondary usage has value in it. but not
both. And, the billing will ask, "some primary/secondary usage has not
been invoiced, invoice it now?". Then the billing will generate the usage
in another invoice.
On the combined invoice, it has the billing cycle charge, the primary
usage charge and the secondary usage charge. But either the primary usage
or secondary usage has a value of "0" on it. But actually it should have
a value to bill.
