There is no other OptiGold manual that I know of. The basics are:
1. Install OptiGold and optionally FM Server. Make sure all that works
before proceeding.
2. Install FMU 5.5 (don't use 6.0!) and install the OptiGold "Workstation"
and "Web Server" install on the FMU box to copy the default web files to
the right directories
3. Enable the Web Companion (make sure to edit the Web Companion properties
and select the correct TCP port, and tell it to use the Web Security database)
4. Either install the WSC on a supported web server, use the Web Companion
directly, or use something like OptiSkin (</blatant plug>) which eliminates
the need for WSC.
