Opensrs says this

After adding the nameservers, they may not be listed in the order entered.
The order of the nameservers is not relevant, however, you may alter the
order in the section "Manage Name Servers" above.

However, this makes me wonder how in the world do DNS servers out there know
where my primary is, it is not like a MX where this is a preference. I have
always thought my primary is ns1.hostwizard.com, but I can see nothing
anywhere that would let another server know to look there first.
