What version of QuickDNS Manager, running on what platform?

QuickDNS Manager 3.5.x for Mac OS X has broken scripts. These scripts
were broken by the Mac OS X 10.1 update - they work with 10.0.4 and
earlier. Specifically, Apple changed how open files are scoped - a
file open for reading can't be passed as an argument to a function.
It's an annoying problem.

The workaround is to run QuickDNS Manager 3.5.x on Mac OS 9.
