Okay, I found this document from FileMaker. Inc...
When it talked about increasing the cache size of FileMaker (or the
runtime), you can do so from the Edit->Preferences menu up top.
Actually, now that I think about it, it may be a good idea for EVERYONE
to bump up to cache. :-)

Troubleshooting GPF, Illegal Operation, Invalid Page Fault, Fatal
Exception OE, Divide Error, and Exception 10H Errors
FileMaker Pro 4.x, FileMaker Pro 3.x
Platform: Windows 95, Windows NT
This article presents possible solutions to ongoing problems with newer
printers when FileMaker Pro 4.0 or FileMaker Pro 3.0 is running under
Windows 95 or Windows NT. All of these errors are related to printer
drivers. A list of possible suspect printer drivers can be found at the
end of this article. FileMaker, Inc. is still investigating these issues
and the following solutions have been known to work in certain
situations. We welcome any feedback customers may wish to add that will
allow us to better troubleshoot and solve these printer problems.
These solutions address several errors including the following:
General Protection Fault (GPF)
GPF Errors in GDI.exe
Illegal Operation
Invalid Page Fault
Fatal Exception OE
Error 10H
Divide Error in module FMTOOLS.DLL
Access Violations
Segment Not Present
Similar issues have been documented in the following Microsoft
KnowledgeBase Articles:
Article ID: Q120182: FIX: General Protection Fault When .FLL Is Loaded
Twice (Last reviewed: October 20, 1997)
Article ID: Q141930: Error: "Msworks Caused an Exception 10H in Module
MSworks.exe" (Last reviewed: December 12, 1997)
Article ID: Q171563: PI ErrMsg: Exception 10H in Piutil.dll Printing to
HP Printer (Last reviewed: July 17, 1997)
You can search for these and other articles by ID number on Microsoft's
website at:

Solutions:
Try the solutions until your problem is solved.
A. Change the printer driver
To do initial testing:
1. Delete the suspect printer driver(s).
2. Install a 'known good' compatible printer driver, i.e., use the HP
LaserJet 4 when replacing the HP LaserJet 5.
3. Exit Windows, or "Shut down", then start up again.
If this resolves the problem then it was related to the printer driver
you deleted. Obtain the most recent version of the printer driver from
the manufacturer. Keep in mind that the newest version may still have
issues, if it does revert to your test printer driver.
Compatible printer drivers:
Use the following list as a guide for compatible printer drivers. If your
printer is not on the list, check with the manufacturer of your printer,
search on their website, or look in the printer's manual for a list of
compatible printer drivers. In lieu of an official list of substitutes,
try using similar printer drivers. As a test you can always follow the
directions above using the HP LaserJet 4, if the error disappears you
know your printer driver was problematic.
Try the Windows 95 BJC-70 to replace:
Canon BubbleJet BJC-70
Try the Epson LQ2550 to replace:
Canon BJC-610
Try the HP LaserJet 4 to replace:
Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 5 Series
Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 6 Series
Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 1000
Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 4000
Hewlett-Packard (HP) LaserJet 5000N
HP LaserJet IIP to replace:
NEC Superscript
B. If you are running FileMaker Pro 3.0 try the FileMaker Pro 4.0 trial
version.
You can download the FileMaker Pro 4.0 trial version from our website at
www.filemaker.com. There were a number of issues addressed in the latest
version of FileMaker Pro that might solve the specific issue you are
encountering.
C. Load Win87em.dll into Memory
Rename the Win87em.dll file to Win87em.exe and add it to the load= line
of the Windows initialization (win.ini) file.
Please Note: If you get the error "Error Renaming File. Cannot rename
Win87em.dll. The specified file is being used by Windows"; you will need
to rename the file under DOS. (Not the MSDOS Prompt. It may be necessary
to boot into Safe Mode and choose "Command prompt only.") You may also
need to add the Win87em.exe line before any item that is currently on the
load= line. If you are uncomfortable working under DOS, please consult
your Microsoft documentation for further information, or contact
Microsoft Technical Support.
To rename the file under DOS; do the following:
cd\
cd windows
cd system
ren win87em.dll win87em.exe
cd..
edit win.ini
then, add the load=c:\windows\system\win87em.exe line,
file save,
file exit,
restart windows (win).
Note: In the path specified above, <windows> and <system> are the
locations of your Windows and System directories, respectively.
D. Increase the cache
Increase the cache setting for FileMaker Pro. (Check the FileMaker Pro
manual or on screen help for instructions.) As an example, if it is
currently set for 512 and you have many calculations, try increasing the
amount.
