Let me know how it goes...
Also, what type of I/O system are you using for the hard drive(s)?
I would definately recommend SCSI if you aren't doing so, simply because
IDE drives are very CPU intensive, so reads/writes hog a huge chunk of
the CPU time, while SCSI does not. That, and SCSI drives are generally
more reliable and higher performing. :-)
