I used ISP Power for about a month and decided to do the same thing (but I
was only handling billing for web hosting at the time).
My recommendation would be to seriously consider changing. I have used OG
for about a week, it took me one night to get everything running so I could
do my first billing, and everything is almost ready for our ISP startup
date next week.
The support given on this list is unbelievable, (because, like most of us,
Shawn never sleeps)
The software is easy to use, and very understandable, My Secretary (who is
also my Sister, free labor, hehe, it works) is capable of adding customers
and she has no concept of how to use a computer.
I have completed one billing cycle (for web hosting only) and it went
smooth. That was with most of the changeover still incomplete.
The software has impressed me thoroughly and I have no complaints with
anything about it
The only thing I could really think of that would make it easier is to get
Shawn to come to Alabama and do my billing for me.
