- Re-activation fee

Dear Shawn,

This is a second letter of request to help in advising us with a problem
we are having with the "re-activation fee". When a customer is released
from hold, and the prompt screen pops up to re-activate the customer we do
so, however, the reactivation fee keeps invoicing the customer countless
times until we CTRL-ALT-DEL.... we then have to go back and delete all the
duplicate invoices that were created...We would appreciate some help with
this matter. Thanks =)
