Actually, according to the web page you cited before, the zone is
proxies.blackholes.easynet.nl. The master server is 195.86.128.22
(aka orca.easynet.nl).

You should be able to open it and view it, though you won't be able
to make changes.
If you can't, double-check your configuration. If you can't find any
problems, try to use DNS queries (from your server, if possible) to
find out why. (This is general slave-zone-troubleshooting advice.)

It should be. If you can't open it, though, it probably hasn't been
transferred.

No, but they can, in the SOA record. And in fact they have done just
that: The refresh frequency set in the SOA record is 3600 seconds (1
hour). The retry frequency is 1800 seconds.
