Search Again: virtual hosts From: David Campbell Date: Friday, October 24, 2003 Time: 2:19:50 am I am running WebStar 4.5/QuickDNS Pro and EIMS on a PowerPC 603 (OS 9.0.4) using the Welcome plug in. I am serving a small site (joyworld.com) (not a lot of hits) and 3 virtual hosts (also not a lot of traffic). The people trying to visit the three virtual hosts that are weblogs categories for the Radio Userland blog software (ex. davidsclasses.joyworld.com) complain that their access to the sites is unpredictable. There will be times they can connect the first time and others they have to try over a dozen and can connect, but sometimes they can go days without a successful connection. I believe that I have the DNS settings correct in QuickDNS Pro.
