Search Again: Open Invoice Problems From: iServe Internet, Inc. Date: Thursday, May 6, 1999 Time: 6:40:38 pm For some reason, when users have a credit with us, OG is not auto closing invoices when they are created, even though the credit is = or > what they owe. Under the Invoicing preferences, I have Auto-Close prepaid invoices set to yes. Why would it be doing this?
