Open Invoice ProblemsFrom: iServe Internet, Inc. Date: Thursday, May 6, 1999
Time: 6:40:38 pmFor some reason, when users have a credit with us, OG is not auto
closing invoices when they are created, even though the credit is = or >
what they owe. Under the Invoicing preferences, I have Auto-Close
prepaid invoices set to yes. Why would it be doing this?
How can I go through and search for any users that have the red warning
"Open Invoice Problem" showing?
