If it is in there, just direct me to the section and accept my apologies. Since we are about to start up, I want to give a 3 day trail offer to my new customers, but I am not sure what the best method would be... Should we take their money and return it if they aren't happy, or wait to see if they are happy then take the payment? If OG has something built into it, let me know where it is. Also, if anyone else is offering this type of account, please send me some info on the best method to implement this idea with OG.
