Blank Invoices when doing fast invoicing

When creating invoices en masse using Fast Mode we receive the error that
the file "Delete Me" can not be found. We point it at the "Delete Me" file,
which is in the Optigold directory, and the invoices are created however
they are blank when opened. Creating individual invoices from within an
account works fine however. I've found elsewhere in the archive where other
people have had this problem but the response is always "Don't use Fast
Invoicing". I'm curious as to what this problem is and if this means that
"Fast Invoicing" is a non-functional feature?
