Credit Card Due date on invoicesFrom: Colin Rees Date: Wednesday, November 5, 2003
Time: 12:31:51 pmSean,
We are running ISP version 3.29 and just completed running invoices for
October's services plus rolling to advanced billing for November. Here is
what we have found today going through the invoices:
* Invoice date is November 3, 2003 which for bank cards and open
accounts has a Due Date of 11/3/2003 on the invoice (this is what we want).
* Invoice date is November 3, 2003 which for credit cards put a Due
Date of 12/1/2003 on the invoice (which is not what we want).
It appears that all credit cards have this due date of 12/1/2003 on the
invoices. I have spent the last hour etc looking at threads on your site
thinking I could find a resolution.
We are using the following setup:
"Adjust due date to <0> days compared to Expiration Date"
"Set Invoice Due Date <NULL> Days into Future Automatically"
"Set First Invoice Due date <NULL> Days into Future Automatically"
"Due Date Always Set to Day <NULL> of the Month"
Do you see any anomalies in our setup described above or offer any ideas?
Thanks,
Colin Rees
