Search Again: create database error From: Nor in Date: Friday, November 14, 2003 Time: 11:16:45 pm Hi, I've got problem to create oracle database. I use oracle 9.2.0 in redhat 8.0 platform. I run dbca and as oracle user to create database . But while installation I've got error: insufficient privilege. What's the privilege I need to set up to the oracle user to install the database and how? I try to create database by using script too but receive error: oracle not available, while running the script. I've already set up in environment variable oracle_home, oracle_base, NLS_LANG and .. but why the oracle still not available?!!
