Search Again: Odd entries in invoices From: Barry Sherwood Date: Tuesday, November 18, 2003 Time: 11:22:26 am I noticed that on a LOT of our auto-generated invoices, there are "ghost" charges with zero dollar amounts included. They are not errant billing items (I've double checked several customer records and all items are appropriate). If I create an invoice by hand, it adds the appropriate items just fine (no ghost charges). The description of the item reads "for <username> (<month year>)", the quantity is a question mark ("?") and all other values are blank. Example description from a November 16th generated invoice (for December 2003 charges): for ahastain (January 2003) Note that the month/year in the description has nothing to do with the current date/time. It varies widely and I haven't found any particular pattern. In any case, there are THOUSANDS of these entries going back to March 2003 and although it hasn't generated an excessive amount of phone calls from inquisitive customers, it doesn't look right and we shouldn't have to spend time dealing with the issue. Got any ideas on how to clear this up?
