Shawn,

Here is our setup under Maintenance & Preferences > General Preferences >
Invoicing:

Adjust Due Date to "0" Days Compared to Expiration Date
Set Invoice Due Date "Null" Days into Future Automatically
Set first Invoice Due date "Null" Days into Future Automatically
Due Date Always set to Day "Null" of the month

-Basically the business is saying when they invoice it is payable/due
immediately. Challenge is when we do the reprints of the historical invoices
it is pulling the current Expiration Date into the due date field on those
invoices. When looking (hardcopy) at an invoice printed back in Aug'03 with
a due date of 8/5/2003 now has a due date of 12/1/2003 (when re-printing).
Suspect a setting or two above might be the key to this issue going forward.


To your question of: "If you pull up an invoice detail, does it have a due
date set, or is it blank?"
A) It displays the current "expiration date" as the due date. It is not
blank.

Make sure you have the invoicing preferences setup to actually set the due
date on the invoices. If you pull up an invoice detail, does it have a due
date set, or is it blank?
