Search Again: cancellations From: Teresa Walters Date: Thursday, November 20, 2003 Time: 5:55:24 pm It seems we have a couple of cancellation issues that need to be resolved - probably all on our end. Please point me in the right direction. I'm finding that when we cancel an account we are losing the customer number, any addl email addresses associated with the account, and also any domain names associated with the account. It would seem to me this is important historical information to have on hand. Is this a setting or something? Also, I have discovered when we are cancelling accounts, the additional email addresses are not cancelling. They are remaining active on the server, but have disappeared from og. It is heck to try and match things back up.
