Yeap, if I manually run a credit card with the front end of PC Authorize =
Hub
Client and WebAuthorize on the back end it works. But it still fails =
when
run within OptiGold.

Here are the logs entries from the WebAuthorize Status:

11/21 08:44:19 Diagnostics started
11/21 08:44:20 Running under Service Control Manager
11/21 08:44:20 <READY> <READY> <READY> <READY> <READY>
11/21 08:44:20 Next automatic batch settle scheduled for 11/22/03 =
00:00:20
11/21 08:44:32 Workstation 192.168.1.154 connected.
11/21 08:45:27 "53rd~1AA.TRX" opened Next automatic batch settle =
scheduled
for 11/22/03 00:00:00

But when I try to run them from OptiGold I still get this:
ERROR! (PC Authorize Inter-Application Interface) DDE: A client=EDs =
attempt to
establish a conversation has failed. (*** PC Authorize may not be
running.***)

On a side note, we are running 3.2.4, but if you haven't changed =
anything on
the server side for the WebAuthorize plug since that version to the =
newest
then there shouldn't be a reason to upgrade. But if you have to make
changes upgrading to get this to work is not a problem. (We have to
customize the HTML with every upgrade so we tend to stay a few months
behind.)

If you want to Terminal Server in let me know and I can get you setup.

Thanks Shawn!

Randy
