No, that was one of the improvements they made with FileMaker Pro 4.x...
You can set it to not open any files when someone logs in.

Set "Use Stern Wording" to 'No'.

No, normally you wouldn't be generating invoices for canceled/on hold
customers. Are you?

You can have it automatically send them a declined CC letter if you want.
