The invoice generation list (for mass invoices) does not include extras in
that list (taxes, setup fees, pending charges, etc.) Basically just the
billing cycle total because otherwise it would simply take too long to
display that list. It *does* take it into account when they are created
though.

For manual ones, if you don't click the calc sales tax button, it will
prompt you to calculate the tax when you exit the invoice screen...
