When we started I wanted the recurring billing ease vs QB and server provisioning. As I have tried it I have always found it capable of so much. Shawn always answers emails (even the same questions over and over again) and will add anything you want if it is possible. We hired a lady to work from home this past summer. She uses a secure connection to connect to our system. I showed her the basics and she ahs figured out the rest. Time is the main thing.
