I have optigold set up using LDAP to add users to my active directory server, which IAS pulls off of to authenticate my wireless users. The process seems to work seamlessly, however when the user is added to active directory I have to go in and reset password before he/she can log in. It's as if the userPassword=X attribute is lost in the add. Again; there are no LDAP errors when the user is added. Anyone dive into this issue before? If so please help.
