Re: OPTISKIN ISP MANAGER: Account Class Writeable from Web InterfaceFrom: David Tanguay - InteractiveOnline.net Date: Wednesday, November 26, 2003
Time: 12:04:27 amHi Jeff,
No, if I restrict the employee to the specific accounts class it does
not automatically enter it during account signup.
I will try and figure out how to use the Offer Code to do this but I
feel it would be a lot easier if Account Class was opened up for
writing.
Thanks for your help Jeff.

Writeable from Web Interface
I use offer codes to set a reseller's account class (among other entries
for commissions). If the reseller doesn't enter the offer code when they
sign up the customer, they lose their commission.
Also, if you set their employee account to only allow a account class, I
think Optigold enters it.

The problem is that when the reseller creates a new account it
does not
save their username to account class. I have to manually add it

write to
the account class field from the web interface.
