Search Again: Re: web server setup troubles/questions From: Joseph Bynum Date: Wednesday, November 26, 2003 Time: 1:57:37 pm I've been trying to setup the web interface to optigold and I've run into a little trouble. I'm able to serve the interface pages but when I attempt to login to say http://localhost/cust.html I can submit the username/password into the web form but then I'm challenged by a dialog box asking for username/password to "Database MainMenu.fp5". I looked through the Filemaker Pro documentation and the mailing list but haven't been able to come up with anything. Any ideas? I have a second, related question. I've found conflicting instructions on how to setup Web Security. When I login as the web user to optigold there a box that explains that there should be 2 entries in the Web Security database. Somewhere in the manual I found instructions to simply install the web part of the optigold install. The Web Security database provided by the web install didn't meet the criteria of the instructions I found in the application itself. Which should I believe?
