Search Again: Update Billing Cycle items From: William Chase Date: Friday, November 28, 2003 Time: 8:50:17 am I would like to update the taxable flags on some billing cycle items. I do not want to use the mass billing cycle change as it will overwrite the current descriptions. I thought I could update them by using 'Import Billing Cycle Data' but it doesn't seem to be working. I created a file containing the following: Login, Product Id, Taxable 1, Taxable 2, Taxable 3 Then I went into 'Import Billing Cycle Data', selected 'Update matching records...' and then set Login and Product Id as matching fields. The three taxable columns were set as 'Import data'. I ran this and it seemed to be doing something but nothing was updated. I have tried this a few different ways with no luck.. any ideas?
