Search Again: Set billing to xx date after CC decline woes From: Colin Rees Date: Tuesday, December 2, 2003 Time: 8:26:44 am Shawn, We have under "Maintenance & Preferences > General Preferences > Billing > "Set Grace Date to xxx Days Into Future After Decline to [21]". We are running billing in batch mode and not real-time. The above setting appears to not work as declined Credit Cards are trying to be billed again next business day. Q) Is this option only for real-time? Q) Is their another setting I have to do for batch processing to have this grace date work? Thanks.
