Adding Payments locking up OptigoldFrom: og-mike@greenbaynet.com Date: Tuesday, December 2, 2003
Time: 8:55:56 amWhenever we attempt to enter a new payment into Optigold, OG locks up on
the PC that was used to send the payment, and the payment isn't reflected
in database. The information is properly charged through our Credit card
processing software, but OptiGold isn't updating properly, and it must be
restarted each time we attempt to post a payment.
We are using OptiGold 3.2.5 and PC Authorize 1,1,10,3. It doesn't matter
what PC is used to process the payment (We have tried from a number of
them.) The overall database doesn't seem to be nagatively affected except
that the transaction isn't updated.
We have tried rebooting the server, we have reindexed the database, have
verified that the server's system resources aren't being maxed out, we
have tried handling these payments from both the main menu as well as
while we are in the client's specific record. The results are the same
regardless.
Nothing has changed on any of these systems recently that should change
the results from the time that things were functioning until now.
So I'm stumped. Is there anything I'm missing?
