New Customer Info Field request

Shawn, please consider adding a new field for "Security ID (SID), SSN or
Drivers License#" somewhere under Login/class fields or customer info on the
customer info screen. This helps us so that only those customers who know
the code or ID info can access information over the phone on their account,
make changes, request info, etc. We currently use one of the misc fields
but they are drop down fields and not well suited for this.

We usually use Drivers License or SSN but it could be mothers maiden name,
etc.
Please also consider web entry on this field. We generally verify address
and phone as well each time a customer calls so we can update our records.

The SSN or DL # also assists us in collection problems as well as
identification. We are getting more requests from our corporate clients to
show that we have extra Homeland security measures in place.

Also, when a reseller account requests a password to be emailed to them from
the web, is it going to be sent from the reseller domain?
