Search Again: Online Signup Issue From: Jon Hiller Date: Wednesday, December 3, 2003 Time: 4:38:34 pm Although I did send to support, I'm hoping someone on the list can help with this problem: We have setup optigold to require offercodes and in addition every product has a class which corresponds to an offercode. We are trying to setup online signup with specific offer codes to limit the products listed. The problem we're having is that our new offercodes we have setup are not showing any products in the online signup, yet directly in optigold, the offercode/product limitation works fine...... At first I thought it was an Optiskin issue, but it doesn't appear to be as it does the same thing with the stock web interface. TIA.
