Search Again: Question about Cycle Dates From: Kathryn [Staff] Date: Wednesday, May 12, 1999 Time: 12:18:31 pm We are in the process of testing optigold and our accounting folks have a question about the cycle dates of services. Can you have multiple cycle dates for different services on the same customer record? For example if one customer has some services which are charged monthly, some which are quarterly and others yearly. We tried setting up a customer like this on May 6th. When the invoice was created it said, "Closing invoices will roll expiration date to Friday, August 6, 1999". This seems as to say that the next invoice would be created on August 6th which is fine for the quarterly services but what about the monthly ones. Will an invoice be created on June 6th?
