The answer is yes it will. About a painless an upgrade as you will
ever find. As a matter of fact if Men and Mice keep making OS X
upgrades so easy, I will have to shift over to Windows servers to
justify my job.

OS X just lacks the drama of "the servers will have to be down for 2
days for the active diretory upgrade! and "Have you pushed that
$130,000 Microsoft PO past Finance yet?"

Lets face if, if you don't have serious down-time and huge license and
consulting bills, upper management just doesn't take you seriously.
