Trouble Tickets

We extract trouble ticket information from OG on a regular basis to help
manage the Tech Support function of our business. What I would like to
do is to tie a trouble ticket to a customer number. Efforts to extract
tech support trouble tickets with customer information have not been
successful. I can get the customer name, but since some customers have
multiple accounts, I still cannot tie a tech support trouble ticket to a
unique customer. Is there a way to extract customer number with tech
support trouble tickets? If not, is this something that could be added
as a new feature?
