Yes... when you pull data from the tech support, the Tech ID will
cross-reference to the unique internal Customer ID in the customer's table.
If you don't want to use that, there is a relationship that you could pull
the Customer Number from within the tech table. The relationship/field
would be:
Technical Support Customer::Customer Number
