Search Again: Re: Panther, shared internet, and QDNS From: mattb Date: Friday, December 19, 2003 Time: 10:31:50 am It looks like when Internet Connection Sharing is started up, it starts four processes: natd InternetSharing named bootpd I would guess that the InternetSharing is redirecting DNS request, via named, to the DNS address that is set in the Network Preference Panes. I have no idea if there is a config file for InternetSharing, but I'd look there for the redirect and see if it can be disabled.
