I have finall got the web interface working for customers in so far as it gives them their account details etc, but one thing i cant seem to do is have salespeople and employees login via the web and then "use" optigold as if they were doing so locally...? What am i doing wrong..? I have tried adding another salesperson, but when it asks for their login, it gets you to select from the usernames of customers..whats happening here....? and i cant seem to be able to authorise any employees... any ideas..?
