No Records Found

We have run into this problem out of the blue. When trying to EDIT
ACCOUNT INFO in the customer area of the web interface we get No Records
Found..Modify Your Search Criteria. Also on the statement page it
doesn't list anything in the Invoice, Payment or Time Usage sections. The
rest
of the areas seem to still be working. What have I missed.
