There are some new web interface stuff (dialup number lookup, employee
timecards and a few cosmetic changes to old stuff), so people running the
web interface will probably want to use the new Web files that are
included with this one.
I also added a raw HTML file (menu.html) that gives a basic table of
contents for the Optigold ISP web interface functions.
